To the fullest extent permitted by law, Megosome accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage resulting from the improper use, unauthorized modification, or misuse of products supplied by us, or from use by personnel without appropriate supervision. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

Megosome accepts all major debit cards, credit cards, and PayPal. Full payment must be received and cleared prior to the dispatch of goods.

Megosome reserves the right to modify the prices of products offered on the website at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

 

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders delivered within the UK mainland are dispatched using Royal Mail First Class or an equivalent carrier depending on order size and weight. 

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days of placement, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and Megosome is not liable for minor carrier delays beyond our reasonable control.

 

6. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

Standard Cancellation Right (Mind-Changing):

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. Due to health, safety, and hygiene requirements, products can only be returned for a refund if they remain unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging. Once an item's protective seal or packaging has been opened or broken, it can no longer be returned unless faulty. Return shipping costs for mind-changing cancellations are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. Upon verification, we will offer you a replacement, repair, or a full refund (including any standard shipping costs incurred).
